Membership and Dues Information

2013 registration forms was mailed to all current members in late March. The 2013 application form is available here for download. Return the completed form with your dues. Or pay your dues online then email the appropriate registration form.

New members can also pay dues and purchase a share online then email the appropriate registration form. Download forms by clicking on one of the links below. If you prefer, send the completed form and a check to Ilda Community Recreation Association, 8900 Braeburn Drive, Annandale, VA 22003.

  • Active Shareholder Dues: $440
     *Includes $40 refundable Recreation Association service fee.
  • Senior Member Dues: $400
     To show our appreciation for our seniors, Ilda will waive the $40 Service Fee.
  • Active Duty Military Members Dues: $400
    To show our appreciation for the service you perform, military members are exempt from buying a share.
  • Summer Members Dues: $475
     For one summer only, a Summer Membership is available for non-shareholders. This membership is intended for families new to the neighborhood who wish to try us out. Our membership philosophy is that users of our pool shall purchase a share and become fully vested members of Ilda Pool. Special exceptions can be arranged for short-term families to the area. Please contact the Membership chair to discuss your situation.
  • Inactive Shareholder Dues: $150
     Keep your Membership active if you can't make it to the pool this summer.
  • New Shareholder Member Dues: $740
     ($300 Membership Share + $440 annual dues which includes $40 refundable Recreation Association service fee)

BONUS: Pay your dues on or before May 1st, 2013 and receive 10 free guest passes.

* There is a refundable Recreation Association Service Fee to encourage the support of Pool and Social activities through volunteering. We need all the Members to come out to make Ilda the best place it can be. Not to mention all the great people you will meet.

If You're Moving...

Upon written request, Active Shareholder Members in good standing who move out of the area during the season can receive a refund for each full month affected after the move has taken place. We can also transfer your share to the new owners so they can start enjoying Ilda.
